Is Education Equal? Â Â Â Â Â The United States gives our general public the unquestionable option to learn. The privilege to advanced education isn't constrained to the center and high societies; it permits the less advantaged, minorities, just as both genders, to get equivalent training. Two contentions which present fascinating perspectives on advanced education are chime hook’s “Keeping Close to Home'; and Adrienne Rich’s “What Does a Woman Need to Know?'; Hooks sees advanced education with a worry for the oppressed, while Rich perspectives it with a worry for ladies. Of the two works, I for one don't concur with Rich’s contention. Â Â Â Â Â Bell snares sees advanced education to be a period in which we get ourselves and get familiar with what our identity is. This idea stays troublesome on the oppressed in light of the fact that they would prefer not to be known for their experience. They consider themselves to be less favored, and along these lines need to keep this avoided their new society.
